Course of fire: 200 yards prone - 2 Sighters

Stage 1- 30 Rounds in 25 seconds, fixed target
Stage 2- 30 Rounds in 25 seconds, moving target
Score- White center hit= 10 points - Silhouette= 5 points
Required: AR15 Rifle chambered for 223 or 5.56 x 45

Recommended: 2-30 round magazines - 1-sighter magazine, 2rounds
Permitted: Bi-pod, sling, any sight
Banned: Front rest other than bi-pod - Rear rest other than shoulder
